Laura would love to visit your school and meet your students! She offers in-class programs designed for
preschool - 3 rd grade students. She offers a variety of options and is open to brainstorming with you to
create a visit to meet your needs! As a certified kids yoga instructor, Laura brings much more to the
presentation than a simple read along. She guides your students through a very easy, yet very
entertaining Story Time Yoga Flow! No mats or previous yoga experience needed! The kids will learn
simple breath work, a few gentle and fun yoga poses which will reflect the animals in the book, and
some mindfulness techniques to use in the classroom and at home. The story time portion of the flow
with Bob’s Spiritfly will keep the children attentive and engaged! This book is written in rhyme, which is key for children learning how to read. We want you to feel confident about Laura’s visit so please click here to contact her directly to discuss your school visit! More details below.
Laura also visits yoga studios to share her breath work techniques, mindfulness activities and story time yoga flow to young yogis. Click here to contact Laura to discuss your yoga studio visit! Laura is able to create a customizable visit based on your needs, but most visits look like this:
By the end of the visit, your students will have exercised their bodies and minds! They will leave with
mindfulness techniques, tools to help calm their bodies, knowledge to help look at the world a bit
differently, and inspiration to last a lifetime!
Laura and Dominic love to sign books! They also understand that not all families can afford them, which is why they prefer that the books are ordered ahead of time through the school. We can provide a preorder form upon request. After the author and illustrator sign each book, we ask that the teachers distribute them in their own time so those who were unable to purchase a book don’t feel left out.
